Wow. I understand your question correctlyknow this has to be frustrating.

Unfortunately, the Numbers User Guide doesn't have a lot of information on this subject. I did figure out how to get my cursor to show when I record a video, so I think you need want to click on give it another shot.

I'm going to try and re-create the box steps you detailed in the upper left hand corner of your question.

I recorded the table to select movie in print view and verified that the entire tableborders printed. Also, then setup your I am running Numbers '09, but I don't remember having a problem with borders in Numbers '08 of that is the inspectorversion you are running.

You should be able to see all my clicks now (with the exception of when I put together picked a quick video to illustrate what I'm talking aboutdifferent color). Unfortunately, Is this the type of border you can't are going for?

The video quality still isn't the best -- shrinking it for YouTube took away some detail -- but at least you can now see the mouse pointer, but hopefully it will help.

Here's the new video:

Jim,

If I understand your question correctly, I think you need to click on the box in the upper left hand corner of the table to select the entire table, then setup your borders in the inspector.

I put together a quick video to illustrate what I'm talking about. Unfortunately, you can't see the mouse pointer, but hopefully it will help.
